Upon placing your order, please allow between 3-5 business days for crafting. Once your order is ready for delivery, we'll notify you via SMS or email with your scheduled delivery date. Our standard delivery window is Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm.
If you would like to opt for express doorstep delivery where you can choose a specific date and time, there will be an additional surcharge of $15, drop us an email at twistthewillowtwig@gmail.com after you've made payment quoting your invoice/payment number stating your preferred date and time, we'll reply your email with a payment QR code for your express doorstep delivery.
